TRR Business Email
Service emails from the TRR workspace, using the company Gmail account.
This integration is operated by TRR Consultants for its authorized business owner. It sends contractor invitations, bid-package links, realtor approval notices and connection tests when initiated through the authorized portal workflow. Recipients do not connect their own Gmail accounts to receive these emails.
Sending permission only
The owner signs in to Google and authorizes the company Gmail account. TRR verifies the account email and requests permission to send email. This integration does not read the inbox, retrieve contact lists or delete messages. Replies remain in the company Gmail inbox; they are not automatically imported into portal records.
Review and control
Business email settings are available only to the portal owner. The owner can check the connection, send a labeled test to the company mailbox and disconnect it. Sending acceptance is not confirmation that a recipient read the message.
