TRR Consultants LLC
Business email terms
Prepared October 26, 2026. These terms describe the TRR Business Email integration operated for TRR's authorized business owner. They do not replace a customer's project agreement or the separate service-text terms.
Authorized business use
The integration connects the approved company Gmail account for portal service messages. It is not a public mailbox service or a tool for unsolicited bulk marketing. The owner controls the Gmail connection and must have authority to use the connected account and send the requested business messages.
Messages and account access
Review the recipient and available message details before sending. An invitation or approval message directs its recipient to the applicable portal workflow; it does not grant access to another customer's private records. Recipients should keep private invitation and work-packet links confidential.
Delivery and availability
Gmail authorization, provider limits, network availability and recipient filtering can affect delivery. A provider's acceptance is not proof of receipt or reading. When the portal reports an uncertain result, check the company Sent folder before retrying to avoid duplicate messages.
Your controls
The owner may disconnect the integration in Business email settings or revoke Google authorization. This stops use of that saved connection for future messages and does not recall messages already sent. For assistance, contact trr.consultantsokc@gmail.com.
Privacy
The business email privacy notice explains account information, sending data and connection controls. Google services also remain subject to the account holder's applicable Google terms.
