Public website and optional service texts

This notice describes the public information website and the TRR service-text program. It does not replace project-specific disclosures for inspection reports, AI document review, payment handling, or other private portal services. Information used
The public pages do not contain a phone enrollment form or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details, and timestamps, to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. If you email TRR, we receive the information you choose to send.
The text program uses the mobile number you connect, its TRR account association, consent choices and version, enrollment and opt-out records, notification types, and delivery status. It processes replies such as JOIN, STOP, START, and HELP to manage your connection and preferences.
How information is used
We use this information to provide requested service notifications, confirm phone enrollment, handle opt-outs, respond to support requests, and investigate delivery problems. Texts direct you to the portal for private project details. A saved contact number or account invitation does not enroll you in texts.
Mobile information and consent
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell mobile information or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not purchase contact lists for this program. Text consent is not permission for another organization to send its own messages.
We use service providers, including Twilio and our hosting provider, to deliver and support the program. They process information as needed for those services; this does not authorize their own marketing campaigns. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect rights.
Your choices and records
Text enrollment is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts to your phone across connected TRR accounts, or turn off texts for an individual account in the portal. Reply HELP or email trr.consultantsokc@gmail.com for assistance.
We keep the records needed to operate the program, honor your choices, support business records, and address applicable obligations. Contact TRR to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed to honor an opt-out or meet an applicable obligation.
Protecting information
Project documents belong in the authorized portal, not in a public webpage or notification text. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send passwords or verification codes to our support email.
