Optional notifications for your repair projects

SMS Terms
TRR Consultants LLC provides optional recurring service texts about work packets, bids, project messages, quotes, schedules, invoices, and warranty documents. Realtor consent also includes one closing congratulations per property after TRR records payment and closes the job. Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Choosing to join
When texting is available, sign in to your TRR account, read and select its optional text-consent box, and choose “Connect my phone.” Send the exact JOIN code shown in the portal from your own phone within ten minutes. This verifies the phone and connects it to that account. Providing a contact number alone does not enroll you.
You must be authorized to use the phone number you connect. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You can continue using the portal without texts.
Opting out and reconnecting
Reply STOP to unsubscribe that phone from TRR texts across connected accounts. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. You can also disable texts for an individual account in its portal settings.
To reconnect after STOP, reply START and complete the portal enrollment process again. START alone does not reconnect an account. If your number changes or is transferred to someone else, turn off the old connection and enroll your new number.
Help and contact
Reply HELP for assistance or email trr.consultantsokc@gmail.com. Use your portal or work-packet link to send job responses. Ordinary replies to notifications do not enter the project conversation.
Delivery and project decisions
Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Use the portal for current project information. A text is not authorization to perform work, approval of a quote, or a guarantee of an appointment. This program is not an emergency service.
Privacy
See our privacy policy for information use and your choices. We do not sell or share mobile information or text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
